Jennifer Taylor founded Taylor Corporate Solutions in 2013 after spending 30 years in corporate services in both the public and private sectors. With a strong background across Human Resources, Health & Safety, Finance and Governance, Jennifer understands how all areas of your business need to be working well together for your company to prosper. Like you she understands that when you are in business there are rarely enough hours in the day to get everything done, and sometimes a helping hand is a necessity.
Jennifer is driven by her love of 'getting stuff done', as efficiently and effectively as possible. As she says "Corporate services is the engine room of any organisation, it needs to be well oiled and operating at full speed if a business is to get to where it needs to go".
Taylor Corporate Solutions has carried out whole-of-company reviews, provided HR manuals and policies to a range of organisations, has set up over 30 health and safety systems, assisted with employee disciplinary procedures, and helped clients recruit the right staff for them. She has also undertaken project management and event organisation. Jennifer is experienced in upskilling business owners and employees through training and coaching to ensure they can keep pace with their business, and customers.
Having previously held a New Zealand security clearance to 'Top Secret' level, Jennifer can be trusted to keep your business information confidential.
