What If I need something DONE right away, like now?
We are not miracle workers, and so we expect our clients to task us the same way that they would their own team members i.e. taking into account existing workloads. We will always try to meet the demands of our clients, and hopefully we can come to a mutually agreed timing for completion. Obviously, if you can get your tasking to us earlier in a week, or as soon as you are aware you need something done, the greater chance it will be completed by any deadline you give us. Certainly a request at 4.30pm on Friday will probably not see it completed by 4.50pm on the same Friday!
If you are a client who uses your Virtual Manager to complete regular work every month (e.g. financial inputting or reporting), then we will complete it by any agreed parameters assuming we have had fair warning what they are.
For casual plan clients the timing for tasking completion will be agreed at the time of engagement.
How WILL I BE ABLE TO share information with MY VIRTUAL MANAGER?
You will be able to use:
or good ol' courier or post, using paper or USB
Or, if you use another type of document sharing software at your organisation, let us know and we may be able to use that as well.
WILL i BE ABLE TO use more than the stated hours per week?
We would certainly prefer that our clients stay within the stated hours per week. However, a little under or over won't matter.
If for any reason our clients think they will need more hours than the weekly stated hours they can have a chat to us, but whether we can undertake the work will depend on our workload.
Why is there also a set number of hours PER month?
Because we charge monthly, we have also give our clients a maximum number of hours a month for their plan (other than the 'Casual' Plan) so they know the maximum number of hours they can charge in any calendar month. This is especially relevant if engaging us for consecutive months, because as we know months have different number of total days and don't fit nicely into four weeks!
HOW DO I MOVE TO A CREDIT ARRANGEMENT FOR PAYMENT?
You can request that we extend you credit - meaning you pay in monthly arrears - once we are satisfied that you are a good payer of your bills (as we have bills we have to pay too!). If you are an existing client of Taylor Corporate Solutions we will take your past bill payment history into account so can extend you credit immediately. If you are a new client then you will need to have engaged us for at least six months before we will extend credit (the months do not have to be continuous)
IF I have CReDIT, HOW will I PAY?
For those who have already had credit extended they will receive an invoice at the end of each month, which will be due for payment on the 20th of the following month.
WHAT ARE ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT MAY APPLY?
The payment plans include just the Virtual Manager's time (as well as a few stationery items here and there we may use for completing your tasking). Additional charges will be levied for items such as:
software subscriptions that may apply
excessive office printing
These will be discussed with you before we commence work on your tasking.
How will I know how much time I have left in my plan?
Before we start your tasking we will provide you with an estimate of the time it will take to complete the job, and once the job is completed we will confirm the number of hours from your plan that have been used.
If we exceed the estimated time then we will still only charge you for the estimate - so a win for you!
If we are under the estimated time we will still only charge you for the time that was used - so another win for you!
YOUR MONTHLY PrICING SEEMS A BIT EXPENSIVE?
If you hire a virtual manager there are quite a few things you won't be paying for, which you would do if you hired a permanent (or even casual) staff member. These include:
any salary that isn't spent working
desk, chair, phone, utilities, uniform
refreshments, Christmas parties and Friday pizza/drinks
any other benefits you provide your staff
Add all that up, and we think you have a good deal.
What is thE e-LEARNING YOU MENTION under the premium plan?
We are very excited at Taylor Corporate Solutions to announce that on 8 August 2018 our 'Business Academy' will go live. The Academy will be available through our website for downloading e-learning modules that encompass business topics including leadership, staff management and health and safety. A few of these will be free, but the rest will have a small (less than $10) payment required for access. The good news is that our Premium clients will automatically receive access to all our e-learning modules while they are a current Premium Client.
